As Project Executive at Bilmer Construction LLC, he ensures seamless turnkey developments across the Greater Houston area. Previously, as General Manager & Partner of Bilmer İnşaat, he scaled the firm from startup to completing extensive wind-farm civil projects totaling 435 MW, 406 turbines, and 125 km of infrastructure.

Serhat defines NOYA’s strategic vision, financial targets, and operational KPIs, forging strong investor partnerships and aligning Bilmer Construction’s renowned project delivery with NOYA’s architectural excellence.
